Beautifully restored Vittoria 20kg Coffee Roaster. This is a working antique that has been restored to its original finish. You wouldn’t find a better example in the world of this historic coffee roaster. This roaster is meant to be a showpiece and whoever buys it should display it to the public. The roaster is in full working order and roasting sensational coffee. The roaster features some very clever engineering features such as the drum motor and mixer arm clutch mechanism, There are separate drum and cooling fans that enable simultaneous roasting and cooling. This one is going to be hard for us to let go as we had some a fun time restoring it and you can’t help but just stare at it!

Originally this roaster was wood fired but was converted to work with gas and features a package burner with air regulator for adjusting the heat by diluting with fresh air.

Restoration Works

• Cut and refinish surface
• New Paint throughout
• Chromed cooling tray parts and cut and polished all feature metal parts.
• Clear coat to cooling tray walls to keep original finish and prevent rust as well as making it food grade
• New wall mounted electrical panel with safety integration (to Australia standard Type B)
• New gas valve train (to Australia standard Type B)
• New chaff cyclone  (all other parts original event the temperature gauge)
• Serviced mechanical parts and bearings

• New cyclone made and painted to match the roaster
